Jazz Duo Coming – The Nat Nichols „Jazz Dou” will answer the question „What is Jazz?” by using the lecture in concert technique before a faculty-student convocation at Saint Francis College at 11:10 a.m. Thursday in the Trinity Hall auditorium. The Dou which is scheduled for the „Mike Douglas Show” in Cleveland in March, is composed of Nat Nichols on the piano and Phil Morrison, on bass. Nat Nichols began as a classical pianist in Europe where he learned piano from his grandfather, Steve Kövi. Nichols now delivers a technique which is classically influenced, yet is modern

DEDICATION:

I WAS NOT BORN OF MY OWN WILL:

I WILL NOT DIE OF MY OWN WILL.

OF ALL THAT HAPPENS TO ME, LITTLE IS OF MY OWN CHOOSING. WITHOUT GOD I WOULD BE WITHOUT HOPE AND FULFILLMENT, FOR THE GOOD THAT HE WILLS IN ME, THAT HE CAN GIVE ME POWER TO DO. WHATEVER TALENT I POSSESS, WHATEVER INSPIRATION I RECEIVE, WHATEVER SUCCES I ACHIEVE – ALL ARE FROM HIM.

LORD, HELP ME TO BE A CREATIVE FORCE IM A WORLD FILLED WITH THE NOISE OF DESTRUCTION. MAKE MY LIFE A SONG, OF LOVE AND THANKFULNESS FOR YOUR GOODNESS TO ME.
